AEON Malaysia's Thank You Day returns on 31 October 2026, and it is the last one for the year. The mechanics are the same as the previous rounds: members get an RM5 voucher on a minimum RM80 storewide spend in a single receipt, and a second RM5 voucher if you pay with an AEON Card or the AEON Wallet. What I keep going back and forth on is the second voucher. Setting up the wallet for one RM5 does not sound like much, but the monthly household run is already over the RM80 line, so it is essentially free money sitting there if the setup is not a hassle. The last time I looked, the wallet wanted a top-up from a bank app before it would work at the till. For anyone who has done it: does the voucher come off the same receipt or do you have to come back and spend it on a later trip? And does the fresh and bakery section count towards the RM80, or is it only the non-food floor? Those two answers decide whether I plan a Saturday morning around it.

Does the RM5 come off the same RM80 receipt, or is it a voucher you use on a later trip? That decides whether it is worth making a special trip for.
Last Thank You Day the queue at the customer service counter was longer than the checkout queue itself. Go before eleven in the morning if you can.
The wallet one needs a bit of setup. Check that you can top it up from your normal bank app first, otherwise you are standing at the counter reloading it while the line builds behind you.
The single receipt condition is the part that catches people. Two smaller trips through the till do not add up to the RM80, right?
Does the fresh and bakery section count towards the RM80, or is it only the non-food floor? That changes where I do my shopping that day.
It is the last Thank You Day for the year, so if the big household stuff has been sitting on the list, this is the weekend to clear it.
