Harvey Norman's Home Upgrades Weekend Sale is on at IOI Mall Kulai from 29 October to 2 November 2026, advertised as up to 80% off selected electrical appliances, IT, furniture and bedding. The up-to-80 line is doing a lot of work on that poster, so the useful question is which of those four categories the big stickers are actually sitting on. 11.11 lands on 11 November, nine days after this sale closes. That gap is the whole problem: whatever the shop can deliver and install next week is competing against a platform sale nobody has seen the mechanics of yet, and last year the same models did move again inside it. So how are you playing this one - take the shop price and the delivery date now, or hold the money and hope the model you want is in the 11.11 list? If you have bought a big appliance from one of these weekend sales before, I would like to know whether the delivery date printed on the docket actually held, because that is the part of the promise that costs you a day off work when it slips.

Delivery is the part I would pin down first. On these five-day sales the set you want often has to come from another branch, and the date written on the docket is rarely the one promised at the counter.
Ask who handles installation and whether it is included. Washing machines and aircond units get quoted separately once you are at the paying stage, and that is where the weekend maths falls apart.
The bedding side is where the deepest stickers usually sit, because sizes and colours break fast. If you already know your size, the first morning is the only time worth going.
Nine days between this sale closing and 11.11 is the awkward bit for me. Whatever I buy on the second I will be checking again on the eleventh, and that is not a good feeling.
Ordering from outside Johor is the trap with the online option. It ships from a warehouse rather than off the Kulai floor, so what the store promises over the phone is not what the courier does.
Take a photo of the sticker with the model number before you queue. When two similar models stand side by side under the same badge, the model number is the only thing that tells you which one is really discounted.
