10cm is the right width for ankles and knees, anything narrower keeps slipping down on me.
Does this come with the metal clips to fasten the end? Some rolls arrive without them and it's annoying.
Good to have at home if you have elderly parents or kids who play sports, sprains always happen at odd hours.
